[UPDATE 27 NOVEMBER] CR-2025-007885: Albion VCTs apply to High Court to prevent Members being circularised.

On Friday 7th November 2025 Howard Kennedy llp filed a single application in the High Court [Ref: CR-2025-007855] on behalf of the 3 remaining Albion VCTs to prevent the Members being ciruclarised to vote on the Articles being amended to correct present faulty Directors retirement provisions, and most importantly to continue their malpractice of preventing Members participating in General Meetings as required by the law.

[LATEST UPDATE: 1st JULY] Questions to be asked at the Albion Enterprise AGM...

 All suggestions welcome... and do reread William Blakes "The Liar" before you start and ask yourself which of Will Fraser-Allen, Richard Seewald or Donald Trump is the real " red devil of mendacity " A few thoughts to start the ball rolling whilst we wait for the audited (!) accounts to land with a thud: 1. Why is the value of Quantexa not "impaired" as a result of the buy-one-get-one-free Series F share issue? True value is 50% of the last share issue price. 2. Were the Quantexa shares that were sold and deliberately and falsely stated to be "part of the Series F  £175m" actually transferred to other Albion managed funds?
