 Will Benjamin Michael Larkin, Registered Solicitor no:161022, and whom Chambers advises everyone "heads the London Practice at Jones Day" for restructuring/insolvency, now do the right thing before he resigns as Chairman at the next Albion Enterprise VCT plc AGM in June 2026 and properly oversee that AGM in accordance with the Articles and the requirements of the Companies Act? Don't hold your breath.

Do look at the GC100 "Guidance for Virtual Meetings of Shareholders" and see what Messrs Larkin and Fraser-Allen have been upto for the last few years. NB Albion are the only VCTs to have virtual meetings and even those are in breach of the Companies Act just by looking at the Notices alone. See what the VCTs share registrar, Computeshare, says and you will note that all the Albion Directors couldn't care less - that is why they all need to go and go now.

The Albion Crown AGM only lasted 10 minutes because of gross incompetence by Will Fraser-Allen who couldn't even load the Management Presentation. Questions? Don't be silly!

Will Mr Larkin have to be be dragged back from retiremen into the Courtroom to be cross-examined 6 months later on what was said and what he asked me to do when he and I met the consumate and inveterate liar William Thomas Fraser-Allen in his office?

Do look at my request for a copy of the Register of Members, the 2025 AGM video, the notice convening the meeting, the questions I asked that he refused to answer and the Articles of Association. Not only did he ignore the Articles about how to conduct the meeting but he thinks that Directors can do anything they like about their resignations and appointment regardless of what the shareholders ruled is mandatory. Even the FCA thinks he is wrong.

Then look at the dire state of filings at Companies House for Albion Development VCT plc over which he reigned for many years, and the lies he is responsible for telling about shares being issued for cash when they weren't.

The Court has today sealed the order that, despite my request to give oral testimony to rebut the lies told by Will Fraser-Allen in his Witness Statement (which Mr Larkin must confirm are lies if he does not wish to commit Perjury) that I must also file a Witness Statement by 25th March and has listed the trial for 2nd December. Roll-up, roll-up no reservations required.

I will post a copy of my Witness Statement here so that the Albion VCT shareholders can see the lies being told by their Directors and all the members of Albion Capital Group llp who also lied to HMRC to evade Income Tax..
