See you there? What don't the members of AlbionVC llp want the shareholders of the VCTs to know or ask questions about? My response is below their letter.
My emailed response: (NB the Directors non-compliance with the Articles and failiing to register with the ICO pervade the entire Investment Trust sector)
I await the application for a restraining order with barely contained excitement.
Dear Mrs Edwards
Thank you for your letter, the contents of which are noted.
I write to confirm receipt and advise you that I will not be "loitering" but will be standing on the public pavement and will be handing out flyers asking visitors to the premises to read and consider the contents in relation to questions that they may wish to or should put to the AlbionVC llp members and very few, if any, of the many Directors of the VCTs who may be present.
I confirm that I will place your letter, this my response and a copy of the leaflet to those shareholders who wish to take one in evidence with the Court by way of an updating Witness Statement necessitated by Ben Larkin's admissions that the Directors (i) cannot all agree on the format of the AGM, (ii) admit failing to comply with the binding Articles of Association and (iii) refusing to put my questions to the meeting.
I attach a time stamped copy of a simple transcript of the recording of the AAEV AGM.
I confirm that I am making formal complaints about those directors of AAEV and Will Fraser-Allen who are regulated by either ICAEW or SRA and will exhibit those, and any replies as well as correspondence with the ICO, AIC, FCA and LSE relating to the conduct of the AGM, in my Witness Statement.
Kind regards
